Cool Gazpacho Dip

Cool Gazpacho Dip


8 oz. cream cheese
¼ C sour cream
½ C shredded cheese
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
1 tomato, seeded and diced
2 green onions, sliced

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and cheese. Spread into bottom of pie dish.
Sprinkle with remaining items. Serve with tortilla chips.
