Blueberry Coffeecake

Blueberry Coffee Cake


1 C butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp almond extract
2 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 C sour cream or yogurt
2 C blueberries
½ C chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baker.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat well. Mix in almond flavor. Stir in flour and sour cream. Pour batter into dish. Sprinkle with berries and nuts. Bake 35-40 minutes. Pour glaze over while warm.

Glaze:
1 C powder sugar
2 tsp milk (enough to moisten)
½ tsp. almond extract
