Cashew Chicken

Susan’s Famous Cashew Chicken


2 lbs chicken breast cubed – stir fry until done, then add:

Celery, chopped
Cashews , to taste. – stir fry, leave crisp.

Add sauce, cook until thick.

Sauce:
1 C chicken broth
¼ or ½ C soy sauce
2 Tb corn starch
Dash of Tobasco
