Poulet in a Pot

Poulet in a Pot ***Low Fat***

2 Boneless chicken breasts
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 potatoes, cut up
1 c mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 tsp basil
1 can chicken broth
½ C dry white wine

Spray dutch oven. Throw in everything. Cover and bake at 300 for 2 hours. Serve with rolls.
